By the end of the course, participants will be able to: • Understand requirements for the use of work at height equipment • Know how to correctly select and use work at height equipment safely • Understand correct techniques to be used when using Work at Height (WAH) Equipment • Be able to use work at height equipment safely and effectively • Understand emergency preparedness and rescue provision, • Understand the implications of suspension trauma and the importance of rescue provision, • Use of self-relief technique during harness suspension trauma situations, • Harness inspection and fitness, • Demonstrate casualty management and the application of temporary aids, • Using of Rescue Kit,

Assessment and Certification
This qualification is assessed by a practical demonstration and written/oral questioning. After successful completion of the course participant will receive a certificate from Highfield for Working at hight and a certificate from Al Mashreq Training for Working at Hight rescue.
This qualification has been developed for those working in any environment who will have a job role involving work at height activities. Workers who will be part of a first response rescue team, This course is ideal for construction workers, scaffolders, and facilities maintenance engineers
