OSHAcademy
OSHAcademy is an international occupational safety and health training organization established in 1999 by Steven Geigle, a former U.S. Air Force safety officer and Oregon OSHA training specialist. Its mission is to make high-quality occupational safety and health education and training accessible to individuals and organizations worldwide. OSHAcademy
Today, OSHAcademy provides more than 200 online safety courses and 40 training programs, serving individuals, companies, government agencies, and educational institutions. It also works through a global network of more than 90 Authorized Training Providers (ATPs) that deliver instructor-led training internationally. OSHAcademy
OSHAcademy is accredited by the International Accreditors for Continuing Education and Training (IACET) and maintains professional memberships with organizations including ASSP, AIHA, NFPA, and the National Safety Council (NSC). OSHAcademy
Its training covers a broad range of occupational safety and health subjects, including General Industry, Construction, Oil & Gas, Safety Management, Emergency Preparedness, Hazard Communication, and workplace safety leadership. OSHAcademy also offers 10-hour and 30-hour General Industry and Construction Safety and Health programs. OSHAcademy
Important clarification: OSHAcademy is a private training organization and is not affiliated with or approved by the U.S. Department of Labor (DOL) or OSHA. Its 10- and 30-hour programs are designed to provide training content equivalent to OSHA Outreach courses, but graduates receive an OSHAcademy training record card rather than a U.S. DOL OSHA card.
